We're sorry to see you need to pause or cancel classes, but we understand that circumstances change. Please fill out this form with your details, your child's information, the reason for the change, and whether you're pausing or canceling, so we can assist you as best as possible.

• Parents must electronically notify SwimWorks via email to info@swimworksswimschool.com or via a text to our phone number (505) 552-2052 to let us know that they would like to terminate enrollment and stop lessons.
• Notification must be received by the 15th of the month to stop lessons at the end of that month.
• Make-up lessons that have not be used cannot be used for any auto-pay enrollment lessons and do not have any cash value. Make-up lessons must be used before a student’s last auto-pay enrollment lesson.
